Looking for a hygienist. I work with Mercer consultants and am looking for great motivated staff that are willing to learn, work hard, take great care of my patients, and help me grow my practice for years to come. It's a newer practice in a great area offering new state-of-the-art procedures. I use Dentrix software and am paperless. I accept almost all PPO's. I need someone who will be very gentle with my patients and takes pride in staying current on trends in perio management by communicating and educating my patients as to the treatment they need. I also need a hygienist that is very comfortable in co-diagnosing treatment with me; taking intraoral pictures, educating my patients as to concerns in their mouths, and having them ready to accept treatment before I enter the room. I take pride in doing everything I can to get my patients scheduled for their next cleaning and treatment before they leave the office. Because I am trying to grow this practice the hours will be flexible. I hope to expand hours as soon as possible as treatment is planned and scheduled. It is ok if you are looking just for part time work because I can hire another hygienist if I need to as my schedule gets busier. I am very flexible. I am looking to fill this position by the end of the month.
